Executive Function Coaching for Preteens and Teens
Online coaching services
Personalized 1:1 guidance
Student-centered executive function coaching at The PathWithin Coaching helps growing learners — ages 10 to 19 — move past procrastination, disorganization, lack of planning, and frustration by teaching them simple, practical tools, so that they get started, stay focused, and celebrate every win — small or big — on their own paths.
Executive function is all about building practical everyday skills.
The PathWithin Coaching supports preteens and teens develop the tools they need —especially when they experience these challenges:
Procrastination and Getting Started
Kids often get stuck starting assignments because tasks feel overwhelming, unclear, or too big to begin.
Disorganized
Kids feel disorganized when papers, materials, and digital files get lost, and schedules or due dates are hard to keep track of.
Time Management
Kids struggle with managing their time when they underestimate how long work will take and feel constantly rushed or behind.
Emotion Regulation
Stress builds when kids feel overloaded, worried about mistakes, or unsure how to cope with school pressures.
